8. Account Suspension & Closure
bige999 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in specified circumstances. Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time.
8.1 Suspension by bige999. bige999 reserves the right to suspend an account — restricting deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — at any time and without prior notice where bige999 has reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) identity verification failure; (d) underage gambling; (e) money laundering; (f) match-fixing or insider betting; or (g) any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. During a suspension period, bige999 will investigate the relevant matter and communicate the outcome to the player within a reasonable timeframe.
8.2 Permanent Closure by bige999. Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation, bige999 may permanently close the account. Upon permanent closure for cause, bige999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Players will be notified of a permanent closure decision and the reasons for it, except where notification would compromise an ongoing investigation or a law enforcement request for confidentiality.
